Summary

apply a Tokyo Night Moon token palette across the dashboard and watch UI for a consistent visual language
retheme watch controls/chat/pickers and the Rust-rendered watch error page to match the same colors and contrast model
simplify button treatments and chat/emote picker chrome (flat send/watch accents, cleaner emote tiles) while keeping existing behavior
