Problem

Chat currently supports Twitch emotes, but does not include 7TV/BTTV emotes that many channels and viewers expect.

Proposed behavior

Add support for rendering 7TV and BTTV emotes in chat messages.
Include 7TV/BTTV emotes in emote discovery/picker and autocomplete where applicable.
Maintain existing Twitch emote behavior.

Scope suggestions

Support channel emotes and global emotes where available.
Cache remote emote metadata to avoid excessive API requests.
Gracefully degrade when third-party emote APIs are unavailable.

Acceptance criteria

7TV emote codes render as inline emotes in chat.
BTTV emote codes render as inline emotes in chat.
Existing Twitch emotes continue to render correctly.
Failure of 7TV/BTTV APIs does not break base chat messaging.
